Dr Anna Galloway
Director & Perinatal Clinical Psychologist
Dr Anna Galloway is a Perinatal Clinical Psychologist. She specialises in working with women pre and postnatally and is passionate about providing evidence-based psychological support for those experiencing challenges during this time. Areas of expertise include working with those who have experienced miscarriage and loss, perinatal anxiety, birth anxiety, birth trauma, and medical complications for the woman or baby, including NICU stays.
Anna has worked in a number of leading NHS hospitals, including most recently Great Ormond Street Hospital, and is now focused on working exclusively in private practice.
Anna draws on a range of therapeutic approaches in her work, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Systemic, Narrative, and Psychodynamic therapies. She provides both short- and long-term therapy, taking a flexible and integrative approach to tailor assessments and interventions to the needs of each client.
Dr Philippa Hatton
Perinatal Clinical Psychologist
Dr Philippa Hatton is an experienced clinical psychologist, specialising in working with individuals in the perinatal period. She is passionate about supporting women to have the most successful start to parenthood they can have, no matter what challenges they may face. Philippa’s warm, approachable style allows her clients to quickly feel at ease and in safe hands.
Philippa has worked across leading London hospitals including Great Ormond Street Hospital and St Thomas’ Hospital, principally in their NICU teams, fetal medicine and palliative care. She’s skilled in supporting women at any stage of the perinatal period, including those experiencing anxiety, birth trauma, birth injury, low mood and loss.
Philippa offers tailored interventions for her clients, drawing on different models of therapy including CBT, EMDR, attachment theory and narrative or family approaches.
Dr Sally Lampshire
Perinatal Clinical Psychologist
Dr Sally Lampshire is an experienced clinical psychologist, specialising in working with individuals in the perinatal period. Sally creates a warm and non-judgemental space where clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. Areas of expertise include working with those experiencing pre-and post-natal anxiety, low mood, OCD, birth trauma, birth injury, adjustment to parenthood and loss.
Sally has worked across specialist perinatal mental health services in the NHS and offers compassionate, evidence-based care to clients. She works integratively, drawing from a range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), EMDR and family and attachment approaches depending on individual needs and hopes.
Initial sessions are spent developing a shared understanding of difficulties, alongside strengths resources and avenues for change.

Practice Manager
Ulrica will be your first point of contact when you reach out the London Perinatal Clinic. With many years experience she will manage the coordination of appointments, liaison, invoicing and any practical issue you need support with. Her efficiency and warmth allow for a nurturing yet professional experience within the clinic.
