Your Questions, Answered

  • We offer in person sessions from our clinic rooms in W1. We also offer online sessions as we understand this can be more convenient for clients, particularly when pregnant or caring for a baby.

All therapeutic approaches can be provided online, including EMDR.

  • We want to make therapy as accessible as possible and understand this often means babies joining the sessions. For some work, having a protected space without baby can be important but we will be able to talk through this and work with you to find a time that might be suitable (when you have someone available to be with your baby or over a nap time).

  • A psychiatrist is a medically trained mental health professional who may offer therapy but who is also able to prescribe. As psychologists we do not prescribe medication but if we feel this could benefit you we will offer to refer you to a specialist perinatal psychiatrist or liaise with your GP.

  • Initial consultations are charged at £250. This includes a brief report and treatment plan which we can also send to other professionals involved in your care (with your permission).

50 minute ongoing sessions are charged at £210.

We accept most major insurers, unfortunately we’re not able to accept AXA and Bupa UK. We ask clients to pay directly and claim back from their insurance provider.
